SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT POLICY

At KÉLUXE, we are committed to delivering your order with care, precision, and efficiency. Please review the details below before placing your order.


Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase unless otherwise stated.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.


U.S. Shipping

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Standard Shipping:
Delivered within 3–6 business days via USPS.

Express Shipping:
Delivered within 1–3 business days via USPS.

Overnight Shipping:
Available Monday–Thursday only. Orders must be placed by 2:00 PM EST to qualify for overnight shipment.

Overnight and expedited shipping are not available Friday–Sunday. Any express orders placed after the cutoff time will ship the next eligible business day.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays. KÉLUXE is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or other shipping carriers.


International Shipping

Economy Shipping: 6–10 business days via UPS.
Express Shipping: 3–6 business days via UPS.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or tariff fees required upon delivery. These fees are determined by your country’s regulations and are not controlled by KÉLUXE.


Lost or Stolen Packages

KÉLUXE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages once tracking information has been provided.

If your tracking status shows “Delivered,” we cannot re-ship or refund the order.

Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Claims must be initiated with the carrier within 14 days of the delivery date.

We recommend monitoring your tracking and ensuring someone is available to receive your package.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.

KÉLUXE is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments due to inaccurate address details provided at the time of purchase.

Orders cannot be modified once processed.


Return to Sender / Refused Deliveries

Packages may be returned to us if:

• The address is invalid or incomplete
• Delivery attempts are unsuccessful
• The package is refused by the recipient
• The package is not picked up from the carrier location

Returned packages must be claimed within 2 business days of notification to be reshipped.

Reshipping fees:
Standard: $10
Express: $20

If you choose not to have the order reshipped, store credit will be issued for the product amount only (shipping costs are non-refundable).


Final Sale Policy

All sale, promotional, clearance, and limited-edition items are final sale.

These items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.


Responsibility Disclaimer

Once tracking information has been issued, responsibility for the package transfers to the shipping carrier. KÉLUXE is not liable for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues beyond our control.
