Final Sale Policy

All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and processed.

This includes regular-priced items, promotional items, limited edition releases, and sale merchandise.

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery.

Direct messages or text messages will not be accepted for damage claims.

Your email must include:
• Your full name
• Order number
• Clear photos of the item
• Clear photos of the packaging
• A clear image of the packing slip

If the claim is approved, KÉLUXE will provide return instructions and may issue:
• A replacement (if inventory allows)
• Store credit
• Or a refund at our discretion

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition to qualify.

Failure to report within 3 days of confirmed delivery voids eligibility.

Opened or Used Items

If an incorrect item was opened, used, altered, or not in its original condition, it will not qualify for refund, exchange, or store credit.

All returned items are subject to inspection before resolution.

Order Errors

Please ensure all product selections, quantities, and shipping details are correct before checkout.

Once your order is placed and fulfilled, changes cannot be made.

KÉLUXE is not responsible for incorrect item selections made at checkout.

Refunds or exchanges will not be issued due to customer error.

Return Shipping Responsibility

If a return is approved, KÉLUXE will provide further instructions.

We are not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit.
