Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated. Shipping timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier. Once tracking information is provided, KÉLUXE is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or tariff fees required upon delivery.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. KÉLUXE does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 3 days of delivery by emailing info.keluxe@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and packing slip.
Items must be unused and in original condition to qualify for review. Failure to report within 3 days voids eligibility.
